This is a rare, private-label bottling for the immensely popular professional wrestler Tetsuya Naito. The striking label—featuring his photograph—is matched by the whisky’s contents: a spirit that packs a punch of rich *umami* and perfectly encapsulates the exceptional quality of the Kameda Distillery.
Tetsuya Naito is a hugely popular professional wrestler who celebrated his 20th anniversary in the ring this year. After debuting in New Japan Pro-Wrestling, he launched the wildly popular faction "Los Ingobernables de Japón," creating a massive sensation. Following his departure from New Japan Pro-Wrestling in 2025, he continues to be active, primarily competing in Pro Wrestling NOAH.
To commemorate his 20th anniversary, a talk event and other festivities are scheduled for August 22, 2026, at the Sanseido Bookstore (Kanda-Jimbocho Main Store). The release of this whisky on that same day serves as one of the event's major highlights.
True to the character of the Kameda Distillery’s spirit, this whisky offers a distinct sweetness; combined with its concentrated *umami*, it creates a flavor profile that leaves you eager for the next glass.
