"Single malt Yoichi 1985" carefully selected and bathered (batting) five types of long-term aged malt distilled and barreled in 1985 at the Yoichi distillery in Nikka Whiskey. Brewing with 55% alcohol degree close to the barrel release frequency realizes a fragrance with a volume and a deep flavor.
