Green label:Clean Type
Hakushu malt that has been aged for more than 6 years in cedar barrels with cedar wood on the end panel of barrel,
and also carefully blended malt liquor aged in white oak at Hakushu Distillery and clean type grain raw liquor from Chita Distillery .
Yellow Label:Rich Type
Aged for 12 years in white oak, then refilled with cedar barrels and further aged for more than 6 years.
The blender carefully selects and blends the grain raw sake from the Chita Distillery, which has also been aged for over 18 years.
