Rokko Pure Malt Whisky Cedar Barrel Finish" is made by filling a 4-to barrel (72L) made from the highest quality Yoshino cedar used for "Taru Sake", one of Kiku Masamune Sake Brewery's signature products, with carefully selected 3-year-old Scottish malt malt whiskey, and aging it for approximately 2 months on Mt. Rokko. To allow you to enjoy the delicate flavor of the sake brewed using the traditional kimoto brewing method that has been used since the Edo period, and the aroma of the cedar barrel, no water addition adjustment or chill filtration has been carried out.
