The incredibly dark color would suggest that this is from an outstanding oloroso cask.
This bottle is his 100% Spanish Oak Sherry. It will be an even more
valuable one in the future.

Yamazaki 25, the bottle design and label have been renewed since July 2021.
In addition, the malt of new Yamazaki 25 years will be changed to a blend of
Spanish oak, Quercus crispula and American oak barrels.
